This is our entry for CGJ2019 'Mimic Mayhem'!
The game is like a standard Top-Down Shooter and a Dungeon Crawler, but 'everything is a lie' speaking most objects are actually mimics, shapeshifting creatures going to hold you down on your little journey through a dark deep dungeon.
You can collect items to give you special upgrades:
Green Book: Increase fire speed
Blue Book: Increase projectile speed
Red Book: Increase projectile damage
The game was made by me and my fellow Sandro, without its help this game would be possible.
We roughly spend about 25 hours working on this game as I could only do it after work. Developing a game for a game jam was really fun, because we had a lot of ideas that we wanted to implement.
We could'nt implemented everything and still the game turned out as 'Feature Creep'. But still this was a lot of fun, we highly appreciate any comments and feedback :D
Disclamer: The game can be a little buggy and isn't fully finished.
Also you can experience some performance issues as a result of missing optimizations (the lights doesn't seem to work in Safari).
